Susan Michel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Glen Eagle Wealth, LLC and Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC (collectively, “Glen Eagle”), a full-service Registered Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer, respectively. Susan founded Glen Eagle in 2002.  Glen Eagle is a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise.

Today, under Susan’s principled guidance, Glen Eagle has grown to become a national financial services firm providing corporations, family offices, business owners, and multi-generational families with trusted stewardship and transparent access to their wealth.  Glen Eagle is also qualified under the America's Women-Owned Trading Desk® program, one of the few women-owned trading platforms in the world.  With its expertise in equities, fixed income, options, hedging, restricted stock, cash management, and margin lending, Glen Eagle’s trading desk provides services to institutions and sophisticated investors globally.  

Susan currently serves as a Board Member of CircleBlack, Inc., a financial technology firm that provides aggregation and reporting tools to broker-dealers and investment advisors.  In addition, Susan believes it is important to give back to others through service in the non-profit sector.  She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of The Hun School of Princeton (2023), as a Trustee on the Board of Saint Elizabeth University, and as 2022-2023 President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), a peer-to-peer network of 14,000+ leaders across 61 countries. 

Susan has a national presence as a speaker and contributor.  She has been featured in Fortune, Forbes, and Newsweek. She has spoken to a wide variety of audiences, including FINRA’s National Annual Conference, Financial Advisor’s Invest in Women Conference, and the Enterprising Women Conference.  Susan also hosts a national podcast, Women’s Wealth: The Middle Way®.  

Susan’s business leadership has been recognized by numerous organizations, including, among others: the 2020 WBENC Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) Star Award, the Enterprising Women Top 20 in 2020 Award, the National Enterprising Woman of the Year Award, and the Brava Award by Smart CEO.  She has also been named one of NJBIZ’s Best 50 Women in Business and one of the Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners of New Jersey.  Susan completed the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Boards That Lead Governance Program and the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program.

Carol Ann earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Notre Dame in addition to later returning to Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business for her MBA. Carol Ann currently serves on the NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) of Philadelphia committee in addition to serving as a Board Member for the DoughMain Financial Literacy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to building a better tomorrow by educating students today, to forge a financially literate America.

Charlie’s extensive professional experience includes establishing and managing several institutional and retail brokerage firms. His knowledge and experiences within the Financial industry give him a unique perspective when looking to find appropriate investment products to meet both individual and business client needs. Currently, Charlie is a FINRA registered representative offering securities through Glen Eagle Wealth LLC, and an investment advisor representative.

In addition, he is President of Financial Fitness Services, a licensed Insurance Agency in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Glen Eagle, he was a registered representative with Lombard Securities in Baltimore, Maryland from 2002 through 2012. He decided to join Glen Eagle after meeting its Principals, John and Susan Michel, and discussing the client-focused culture and local support they could provide, should the need occur.

Charlie is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with 30 years of client-focused business development management experience. He has a solid track record, gained through assignments leveraging business development creativity, professional managerial, and technical brokerage expertise. His extensive business experience in the financial services industry with a focus on discount and full-service brokerage and insurance services includes sales, marketing, back-office operations, compliance, and product & system development. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the financial industry and products to meet his clients’ financial needs.

Charlie is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. He is registered with FINRA holding his Series 7, 65, and 63 licenses.

Charlie and his wife Kathe reside in Doylestown, PA, and have three children Caitlyn, Chip, and Kathleen. Charlie volunteers many hours to coaching intercity youth with the New Jersey Roadrunners Basketball AAU program. His coaching and mentoring prepare the players both academically and athletically to succeed at the collegiate level and beyond.

Prior Work Experience

  • During his 12 year tenure at PNC Bank, Charlie served as President of PNC Brokerage Corp., Senior Vice President of PNC Securities, and President of Trade$aver, Inc. While at PNC, he established and managed PNC Brokerage with a retail sales force of over 250 licensed registered representatives. He developed and implemented PNC Bank’s plan to distribute retail investments throughout its retail bank branch network, which included managing the sales force located in over 550 bank branches throughout 5 states. He also established the Trade$aver Discount Brokerage operation for Provident National Bank and all of its trading and operational activities.
  • As President of FutureShare, Charlie established a broker-dealer for ChaseMellon Shareholder Services to leverage corporate relationships and maximize revenue opportunities and cost savings. The Broker-Dealer became operational in October of 1999 resulting in a cost reduction of over $3 million and additional new revenue in excess of $10 million in 2000.
  • As President of FirstConnect Insurance Network Inc., he established and managed a start-up company as a subsidiary of New England Financial with a goal to automate the highly paper and labor-intensive process of distributing annuities through banks, broker-dealers, and financial advisors.
  • Charlie was President of BHCM, Inc., where his primary focus was to provide creative solutions for both Bank and Non-Bank Brokerage firms.

Ansie Monaghan began her wealth management career in 1991 in fixed income trading and wealth preservation for families. Ansie attended the University of Virginia and earned a BA in International Relations with a minor in Religion. Stevan Radanovic is a registered investment advisor and has been with Glen Eagle since 2008. Stevan specializes in retirement planning, including IRA’s, 403B’s, and 401k’s for individuals as well as small and large businesses. Steve and Glen Eagle Advisors are providers for a 403B program for a local School District in New Jersey.

Steve believes in creating wealth over time by developing high-quality portfolios that are both diversified and specific to the needs of his clients. Steve works closely with his clients on the management of their accounts. He believes in providing sound financial judgment in a clear and concise manner.

Steve earned a bachelor's degree from Ursinus College and began his professional career as a teacher and has taught in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a swimming coach, Steve’s teams captured three New Jersey State High School championships.

Steve is an avid Phillies fan, who also enjoys, fishing, playing golf, and traveling.

Margaret Jane Field Gore (Jane) joined Glen Eagle Advisors on February 1, 2019.  In the recent past, Jane was affiliated with Summit Financial, LLC and affiliated entities (Summit Equities, Inc., Summit Financial Resources, Inc. and their affiliates since 2016.) Her Summit affiliation was as an investment advisor representative as well as an insurance agent with Summit Risk Management, LLC.  After September 2018, she provided securities brokerage through unaffiliated broker Purshe Kaplan Sterling Investment.   From 2016 to September 2018 brokerage services were conducted through Summit Equities, LLC., as an employee of Nolan Wealth Management.  Prior to her affiliation with Summit, Jane worked at Insight Private Advisors from June 2013 to April 2016.

Jane is an active member of her community. She is a Board Member at the Princeton Senior Resource Center. She is also a Board Member of the Princeton Regional Chamber's Women in Business Alliance. In 2019, Jane created the Princeton Women in Business (PWIB) group which meets quarterly at the businesses represented in the membership. This group shares business relationships.

Jane earned her Bachelor of Science at Wheelock College and Masters of Business Administration at Simmons College.

Jane holds a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation from the American College of Financial Services.  The RICP designation means that the RICP has met the following requirements:  three years of full-time business experience or the equivalent part-time experience (2000 hours equals one-year full time.  The RICP must have completed 3 required courses (the equivalent of 9 semester credit hours) and a proctored closed-book final exam.  The individual must successfully complete continuing education requirements currently 15 hours every two years.

Kathy has over 30 years of investment management experience. Before joining Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC Kathy worked for over nine years as a Portfolio Manager/Investment Strategist and was a member of the Investment Policy Committee for Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors in Princeton, NJ. Previously, Kathy was with JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York for over 18 years. There she was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President in the Personal Asset Management Division. In this position, Kathy was responsible for managing over 200 investment and trust portfolios totaling over $180 million in assets. Kathy also worked for the JPMorgan Private Bank, where she served as Portfolio Manager for both domestic and international clients, managing over $580 million in assets. In addition, during her tenure, she was a manager in the International Private Banking Operations division. Kathy started her career at American International Group as an Investment Administrator and moved on to manage corporate fixed-income assets totaling over $1 billion, as well as managing the cash position for an AIG Offshore Mutual Fund. Kathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Bernard M. Baruch College in New York. She holds her Series 65 Registered Investment Advisory license, as well as her Series 63 license.

Kathy is a money manager who is not only dedicated to her clients but is also dedicated to giving back to the community! She serves as Trustee for the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine in Freehold, as well as Co-Chair of the Finance Council. Kathy is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the nonprofit agency Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County. She has served on the Executive Board of the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair and is Past Chair of the Chamber’s Women in Business Committee. Kathy is a Personal Management Merit Badge counselor for Boy Scout Troop 155 in Freehold.

Kathy is an annual sponsor of several events in her community, including for the local Knights of Columbus program, “Bring a Soldier Home for the Holidays.” She will be a speaker for the organization in April 2021. She is also an annual sponsor for the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine EHAP (Emergency House & Advocacy Program) which houses homeless/transition men during the winter months.

Kathy has been involved with the Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County for 11 years. She served as Chair of the Board and is currently a member of the Advisory Board. She donates annually to their Angel Fund and for their Special Events such as the Volunteer Luncheon/Shining Lights Award Dinner. Peter Tomlin (Tom) Agnew serves as Vice President of HUB International Northeast (Post & Kurtz Division) based in New York City. Prior to HUB acquiring Post & Kurtz, Tom was the Owner from 1991-2006. An employee of HUB since this merger, Tom is a Producer and Account Manager relating primarily to large New York City law firms.

With more than 30 years of insurance and risk management experience, Tom is a tenured professional that specializes in employee benefits for law firm partnerships. Additionally, he possesses insurance brokerage consulting experience in the following areas: Large Group Medical and Dental; Group Term and Variable Life; Short and Long Term Disability, and Long Term Care.

Tom is an American College Chartered Life Underwriter and Fellow of the Life Management Institute. He graduated from New York University in 1976 with an MBA in Finance and also has a BA in English (Cum Laude) from Amherst College.

Tom holds life, annuity, and property & casualty insurance licenses in the State of New York, and has a Series 6 securities license, and is affiliated with Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC in Hamilton, NJ.
