Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC ("Glen Eagle"), headquartered in the Princeton, New Jersey area, is an independent, full service investment securities firm. The firm's business is concentrated in the mid-Atlantic Region, with a focus on New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. This regional approach enhances confidence with our clients and advisors because of the geographic closeness. It also reinforces the strong personal relationships with both our clients and advisors. Glen Eagle emphasizes the need to assist our clients in achieving their financial goals through quality service, sound investment products and advice. Glen Eagle has a fully disclosed clearing agreement with Pershing, LLC a part of BNY Securities Group, a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon. We are a member of The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), and the Securities Investors Protection Corporation (SIPC).

Brokerage accounts are carried with Pershing LLC, a part of BNY Securities Group and a subsidiary of the Bank of New York. Representatives are able to access their client accounts and also place orders through NetExchange®.

Glen Eagle Advisors, LLC is proud of its clearing relationship with Pershing LLC, the leading correspondent clearing organization. Now under the resource umbrella of the Bank of New York Mellon, Pershing has been providing expert clearing and execution services to the broker dealer community since 1939.
